فحص البضائع من حيث الكمية والنوعية والتغليف قبل خروجها من المخزن، والتحقق من مطابقتها لعقد التوريد ومواصفات المشتري. Checking quantity, quality and packaging before goods leave the warehouse, verified against the supply contract and buyer's specifications.
الإشراف الميداني على عملية التحميل داخل الحاويات، والتأكد من سلامة الرص والتثبيت وتوثيق أرقام الأختام الجمركية. On-site supervision of container stuffing, confirming safe stacking and lashing, and documenting customs seal numbers.

لا تبدأ الرقابة عند إغلاق الباب، بل قبل أن تدخل أول كرتونة إلى الحاوية. هذه هي الخطوات التي يمر بها مفتشونا في كل عملية تحميل. Oversight does not begin when the doors close — it begins before the first carton enters the container. These are the steps our inspectors follow on every loading job.
قبل بدء التحميل، يعاين المفتش الحاوية من الداخل والخارج ويتأكد من صلاحيتها لنوع البضاعة المطلوب شحنها. Before loading starts, the inspector examines the unit inside and out and confirms it is fit for the specific cargo to be shipped.
سوء التستيف ليس السبب الوحيد لتلف البضائع؛ فحاوية مبلّلة أو متسخة أو مثقوبة كفيلة بإفساد شحنة كاملة. عند وجود خلل، نوثّقه ونطلب المعالجة قبل السماح ببدء التحميل. Bad stowage is not the only way cargo gets ruined — a damp, dirty or perforated unit can spoil an entire shipment on its own. Where we find a defect, we document it and require correction before loading may begin.
يعتمد المفتش على قائمة التعبئة وأمر الشراء لمطابقة البضاعة في ساحة التحميل قبل دخولها الحاوية. Working from the packing list and purchase order, the inspector checks the goods in the loading area before they enter the container.
يمكن أن تشمل هذه المرحلة فحصًا لعيّنات من المنتج ومتطلبات التعبئة قبل دخول الكراتين إلى الحاوية — وهو خيار مفيد عند إتمام فحص تفصيلي للمنتج في وقت سابق. This stage can extend to a sample check of the product and its packing requirements before cartons are loaded — useful when a detailed product inspection has already taken place earlier.
يبقى المفتش حاضرًا طوال التحميل يراقب كيفية تداول الكراتين والبالتات والصناديق والمعدات لحظة بلحظة. The inspector stays on site throughout, watching how cartons, pallets, crates and machinery are handled at every moment.
بضاعة سليمة تمامًا قد تصل تالفة بسبب التحميل وحده: صندوق ثقيل فوق شحنة رقيقة، أو توزيع أوزان غير متوازن، أو تثبيت ضعيف، أو فراغات واسعة — كلها مشاكل يمكن تفاديها. تزداد أهمية هذه المرحلة مع الأثاث والآلات والزجاج والإلكترونيات والبضائع عالية القيمة والطلبيات المختلطة أو الواردة من موردين متعددين. Perfectly sound goods can still arrive damaged because of the loading alone: a heavy box resting on delicate cargo, unbalanced weight, weak securing, or wide gaps — all of it avoidable. This stage matters most for furniture, machinery, glass, electronics, high-value cargo, and mixed orders or consignments drawn from several suppliers.
بعد اكتمال التحميل بشكل صحيح، يتأكد المفتش من إغلاق الأبواب وإحكام الختم، ويصوّر الأختام وأرقامها ويدرجها في التقرير النهائي. Once loading is correctly completed, the inspector confirms the doors close properly and the unit is sealed, then photographs the seals and their numbers for the final report.
هذا السجل المصوّر هو ما يحسم الخلافات لاحقًا حول طريقة التداول أو عدد الكراتين أو سلامة الشحنة. This photographic record is what settles later disputes over handling, carton counts, or the integrity of the shipment.

نتابع تجهيز البالتات ولفّها وتثبيتها قبل دخولها الحاوية، ونتحقق من ثبات الرص وسلامة التغليف وصحة البطاقات والعلامات على كل طبقة. We follow pallets as they are built, wrapped and secured before they enter the container, checking stack stability, packaging integrity, and the labels and markings on every layer.
عندما تكتمل الحمولة ويستقر الرص، تُغلق الأبواب ويُركَّب الختم الجمركي. نصوّر رقم الختم ورقم الحاوية والأبواب المغلقة، وتُدرج جميعها في تقرير المطابقة الختامي. Once the load is complete and the stow has settled, the doors are closed and the customs seal is fitted. We photograph the seal number, the container number and the closed doors, and all of it goes into the final conformity report.
